Nameservers act as signposts to direct users to the right place when visiting a website or other service running under a domain name. Glue records are what contain the directions to the nameservers themselves. Many websites can use the same nameservers but a nameserver can only have one glue record.
If you'd like to create nameservers using your own domain you will need to have glue records set up. If you'd like this doing please raise a Support Ticket with the hostnames and corresponding IP addresses you'd like to use and one of our engineers will set this up for you.
